Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final. No Refunds.

When you receive your order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect it and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you have been sent the wrong item. Our team will promptly assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution.

What is your return policy?

Lynnspiredcrafts.com does not accept returns. All sales are final.

How long will my order take to be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. 

What if I entered the incorrect address?

There are no address changes for incorrect addresses. When the item gets sent back to us, we will refund you for the product. We will not refund you for shipping expenses. 

What is your exchange policy?

Lynnspiredcrafts.com offers exchanges only, no refunds. If you receive your item defective or damaged, you may be eligible for an EXCHANGE up to seven days of receiving the item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in brand new condition, with all tags still intact, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, if it has been more than 7 days since the date of purchase, we cannot provide an exchange..

What if my product is damaged/defective?

If you receive your order and it is damaged/defective please email us at lynnspiredcrafts@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number and picture of your damaged/defective order. We will be sure to get back to you within 1-3 business days.

What address do I ship my exchange to (If item is broken/defective)?

We cannot accept any returns without prior authorization. To start the exchange process, please contact us at lynnspiredcrafts@gmail.com with the necessary documentation, including proof of purchase and details of the defect. You will be contacted via email with next steps.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
